How can I change/cancel my order?
Once orders are placed in our system it is not possible for us to charge you for any items you want to add to the order therefore, we cannot add any items to the order once it has been placed.
If you would like to cancel items in your order, we can try to organize this for you until the point the order has been picked and packed by our dispatch team which is usually the same business day. If we cannot cancel the item for you, please return it to us as per our returns policy.
Please remember that all refunds take about 3-5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
What are my delivery options?
All order will be delivered to the stated mailing address by our trusted third-party service providers or EMS by Thai Postal Service.
Is store pick-up available?

What is the cost of shipping?
In Thailand: For purchase of 2,500 THB or above, shipping is free! For purchase under 2,500 THB, 60 THB shipping fee will be charged.
Returns & Exchanges
Your item(s) can be returned within 7 days of receipt for free, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Items are in original condition, with all tags intact. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.
If you would like to return any pieces ordered directly off of our website, please email info@agorabkk.com Once our team receives the email, we will set up the return of your product.
For any website returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the pieces.
Can I exchange product ordered on the website?
If you wish to exchange your item, we can offer an exchange in different sizes for the same item only. For extra exchange (more than 1 times), there will be extra fee occurs at 50 Thai baht per item.
For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the pieces, but we will cover the shipping cost to send back your new product. All exchange items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. If a full-priced item has a promotional code applied to it, it can still be returned for a refund unless specified under the terms of the promotion.
In the absence of any fault or error, items that are purchased as Final Sale cannot be returned.
