I can't find a product online even though it was available. Has it been discontinued?

We restock items regularly when they're sold out. However, many of our products are special editions with limited quantities, and restocking may not be possible. For more information, please contact our customer service via email or through our Line Official account @agorabkk

What sizing standard does Agora BKK use?

All products on the Agora website follow UK sizing. Most products come with a size chart located beneath the product description. We recommend referring to the size chart to ensure the best fit for your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via VISA and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards from all major banks, as well as QR code payments through PromptPay.

Do I need to notify you after transferring the payment?

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, it is necessary to provide proof of payment for prompt shipping. Please submit a photo of the transfer slip or a screenshot of the online transaction to one of the following channels:

Same-day delivery is available for customers in Bangkok through messenger services like Grab, Lalamove, Line Man, or a courier of your choice. Delivery is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please notify us via Line Official @agorabkk if you’d like to use this service.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If you receive a defective product, please contact us via Line Official @agorabkk with the following information for verification:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the defective product
  • Photo of the packaging

Once we receive this information, a customer service representative will get in touch with you promptly.

How long does it take to process a refund?

After you provide all necessary information, the refund will be processed to the account you provided. It typically takes about 5 business days. For refunds to credit cards, it may take approximately 15-45 business days, depending on your card issuer. Please contact your bank directly for more details on refund processing times.

How can I request a tax invoice?

After placing your order, please contact us via Line Official @agorabkk to request a tax invoice. Provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name or company name (for the taxpayer)
  • Taxpayer ID
  • Address as listed on the house registration
  • Phone number
  • Email address

The tax invoice will be emailed to you within 30 days of submitting the request. Please note that invoices cannot be issued for previous months.

Why do I have to wait for Agora BKK to receive my returned product before I get a refund?

We must verify that the returned product meets our return policy requirements before processing a refund. Once we confirm that the product is eligible, we will refund the purchase price. If the product does not meet our return conditions, we are unable to process the refund, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

How can I track the status of my order?
